our students, Lighthouse Academy at Newburg is a home away from home – filled
with people who care, an evening meal, homework support, light and brightness.
Many of our students are considered at-risk and in need of services, facing unique
challenges. Lighthouse exists to help with those challenges. Our mission is to
provide children and youth in our community a safe place to learn and grow
through educational, spiritual, and economic programs. Our vision and hope is
that we can provide the experiences to foster a love of lifetime learning. As a donor, you too can be a part of the light and brightness in children's lives that will last a lifetime. Give for Good Louisville - In September 2024, Lighthouse will again participate in Give for Good Louisville, a local 24-hour period of giving to your favorite nonprofit organization. When you give to Lighthouse, your donations may grow because of

Annual Fund Campaign - With a kickoff in the fall, Lighthouse Academy at Newburg's Annual Fund campaign provides an ongoing opportunity for donors, volunteers, community partners, and others to contribute. One of our main fundraising sources, your generous gift, in partnership with others, provides needed funds to support Lighthouse student programs and resources. Lighthouse Academy at Newburg is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization so your gift is tax

In-Kind Gifts - Lighthouse Academy at Newburg accepts in-kind donations such as computers, office supplies and equipment, kitchen and food items, gift cards and certificates, services and student school supplies and backpacks.
